Apprenticeships & Early Careers
We’re passionate about developing the next generation of tradespeople. Diesel Pro works closely with local schools through work experience programs and offers apprentice intakes once to twice per year. Apprentices gain exposure to a wide range of vehicles, machinery and systems — not repetitive, narrow work — and learn alongside highly skilled mentors who are experts in their fields. We also support further training and upskilling opportunities, including pathways into dual trades.
Skilled Tradespeople
From time to time, opportunities arise for experienced technicians to join our team. Our workshop offers real variety across a wide range of vehicles, machinery and specialised equipment. We’re looking for technicians who take pride in quality workmanship, value clear communication, and want to continue building deep, practical knowledge across diverse systems and applications.
